SPETECH has launched its new Lens Gasket e-Shop, providing fast and convenient access to lens gaskets manufactured from commonly used materials, including soft iron, F5 (1.7362), 321 (1.4541), and 316L (1.4404).

For applications in demanding chemical processes such as ammonia, urea, and melamine production, the e-Shop also offers lens gaskets made from corrosion-resistant alloys, including 316UG (1.4435) and 310MoLN (1.4466).

All products are manufactured in accordance with widely recognized standards such as DIN 2696 and SNAM 5002.

In addition to standard offerings, SPETECH provides customized solutions. Lens gaskets can be supplied in alternative materials (including Safurex^®, nickel alloys, and titanium alloys) and according to various specifications such as CASALE, TOYO, BASF, SABIC, SHELL, ENI, SAIPEM, BOREALIS, BP, and ARKEMA.

All lens gaskets are delivered with EN 13555 test data, enabling EN 1591-1 calculations for proper bolted flange connection design. For customers who require additional support, SPETECH Engineering Team offers calculation services and technical guidance in selecting optimal gasket solutions.
