Having results obtained from [phase #A] in next step we continue engineering optimization of all ‘promising solutions’ to find final BAT [Best Available Technology].

Potential solutions are subject of further studies which are taking into consideration widely possible number of input data that may have impact on finding the optimum solution. Within this stage a wide number of hypothetical geometry options / gaskets factors / external stresses / working conditions need to be calculated - frequently this this [phase # B] is supported by models calculated by FEM analytics.

This stage results with detailed design which might be described as ‘the optimum BAT’ [Best Available Technology] taking into consideration sealing technology know-how, currently available calculations algorithms and input data delivered for calculation model.

If the gasket is wanted to be manufactured by Spetech in [phase#C], we can upgrade the final Gasket Design with preparing figures about lead time & budgetary proposal.
