Packing made from expanded graphite; designed for the highest rotating speeds and pumping high temperature media, applied for example in feed pumps; the “temperature fuse” introduced into the core of the packing prevents the excessive rise of the temperature and stress in the contact area between the housing and the packing, thus enhances the safety of the pump’s operation; the packing may be applied alone or in sets together with SGR 880, SC810.
