Includes three separate calculation algorythms: UDT DT-UC-90/WO-O/19, ASME Code s. VIII, AD-Merkblatt B7, B8.
All algorythms allow for selection of suitable flat gasket in relation with media compatibility and flange arrangement it is to be installed.
The following service parameters can be calculated: assembly bolt loads , service bolt loads, torque, determining elastic limits of all parts of flange joint, i.e. gaskets, bolts and flanges.
The software is equipped with such features as:
• algorythm of flat gasket selection,
• gasket compression and geometry optimization feature,
• procedures allowing for calculations of the flange joints with oval gaskets,
• sorting gaskets on the base of additional requirements (obtained certificates, suitability for the service in specific operating conditions, etc.)
