Maintance materials and accessories

1. Copaltite – liquid semi-hardening sealant applied in metal joints, where it remains flexible, paste applied from the tube (160 g) in liquid or thixo-tropic form, curing by temperature, operating temperature up to 650 °C; main applications: joints in valves and turbines.
2. Belzona 8211 – high temperature, anti-seize grease; applied during installation of the gaskets as the bolt lubricant of estimated coefficient of fric-tion µ = 0,12 - 0,19 (higher values for austenitic steels) and facilitating disassembly (prevents seizing and corrosion of the bolts); delivered in 0,5 kg packing .
3. Belzona 8311 – material for short term protection against corrosion separating bolt joints seized because of high temperature or corrosion; 0,5 li-tre multi-use, non-pressurized packing.
4. Leakage detector – foam formating material, non-freezing, white, easy to apply (aerosol) . It can locate leakage of any gas, both in flanges and welding seams. Delivered in 0,4 l. packing.
5. FL - HD – sealing tape FL – HD is the high density tape for threads used in industrial applications; standard width of the tape: 12,7 mm, 19,1 mm and 25,4 mm; the tape does not contain any fillers or greases.
6. GUS 1000 – corrugated graphite tape with an adhesive strip of 1,0 mm thickness, 1,0 g/cm3 density and industrial or nuclear (GUS 1000N) grade. Used as the sealing layer in large dimensions metal gaskets (SPETOMET^® MPL 10, SPETOMET^® MWK); material used for repairs of SPETOGRAF ga-skets or when they are manufactured from segments.
